We would like to understand the feasibility and supported configuration options in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management related to restricting Talent Pool visibility.

Business Requirement

Can we create a Talent Pool and restrict it so that only specific users (for example, selected Line Managers or HR Specialists) can view and manage that Talent Pool, and it is not visible to other users?
