Redwood: HR unable to view Candidate in Plans details for Worker on Worker Succession Info Page

Summary:

We have configured an HR View Only role with the View Succession Plan privilege and expect users to view succession plans, incumbent/candidate details, and collective candidate succession coverage from the Redwood Worker Succession Info page. While these users can view all succession plans and see candidates within individual plans, they cannot see Candidate‑in‑Plans (collective succession details) when navigating via Worker Succession Info, resulting in partial and inconsistent visibility that appears misaligned with view‑only expectations.

Looking to understand if this is expected behavior for the HR View only succession privileges.
