Redwood Standard Operations Ties Records Together When Duplicate is Found on Work Definition

Hello all,

Trying to get some clarification for one of our business users, who is seeing odd behavior in his Work Definitions when manually adding Standard Operations.

Scenario:

User is manually creating a Work Definition and is adding Standard Operations by the Standard Operation Code.

User created an Op Sequence 10 Standard Operation for "Roof_Top_Build".

Later when creating Op Sequence 40, the user accidentally chose the same Standard Operation, "Roof_Top_Build".

This in turn changed the earlier instance (Op 10) of the Standard Operation to Op40.
Now whenever either of these Op Sequences are edited or adjusted, both records change.
