HR exclusion roles not honored when searching workers via Worker Succession Info

Hello!

We’ve identified an inconsistent access experience for our HR roles where AOR exclusion roles are not honored when searching for workers via My Client Groups > Worker Succession Info.
When logging in with an exclusion role (e.g., HR excluded from accessing HR/People Team), we are able to successfully search for and open an exclusion employee's Worker Succession Info page. However, once the worker’s page loads, succession plan data is not displayed/rendered, presumably honoring the exclusion access.
