Redwood Benefits ESS questions

Summary:
I have several questions about what can or cannot be done to customize Benefits ESS pages. My suspicion is that these things CAN'T be changed, and I searched the community but have not found them specifically noted:
- Can the tiles for offered benefits be altered or grouped? For example:
- Can we change the number of tiles that are displayed in a row? There are currently 3 tiles across on my display.
- Can tiles be grouped by plan, within plan type? Depending on how many contacts you have, you could have 2-4 plan options for a single plan, and we have 3 different plans for medical. Is there any way to group all option for plan 1 (ideally allowing 4 tiles across, but 3+1 would be okay), then start a new line for plan 2, and a new line for plan 3. This way all plans would be together, instead of changing plans in the middle of a row like it does now. I would like each
