Timecard Redwood View Page - Calculated time button Triggers calculation / Validation Rules

Summary:

We are encountering a problem in OTL Redwood Page. Employees/Line manager and Admin do not have the ability to review what has been calculated in their timecard for a prior period. With the new Redwood pages, we are experiencing one of the following issues:

1- Employees cannot review their calculated timecard because when they click View Calculated Time, the system recalculates the timecard when they attempt to view it.

2- If validation rules are in place to prevent employees from updating prior timecards, those validation rules are triggered and prevent employees from viewing their calculated time. This occurs even though the employee is not making any changes and is only attempting to view the calculated time.
