No API Available for Bulk Creation of Spend Authorization – Critical Business Requirement

Hi Experts,

We have a business requirement to create Spend Authorization records in bulk for multiple employees. Currently, the application supports only manual creation through the UI, which is not feasible for large-scale operations.

We have thoroughly explored the available options, including:

  • Standard HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • Spreadsheet Loaders
  • REST/SOAP APIs

However, we were unable to find any standard API, interface, or bulk upload mechanism to create Spend Authorization records.

Business Impact

This requirement is critical for our business due to:

  • High volume of employee transactions
  • Manual entry being time-consuming and error-prone
  • Operational delays impacting reimbursements and approvals
  • Increased dependency on manual intervention
