single selection in redwood selection list for performance document

Summary: When working an perfomance documents in the single working area (My Client Group - Performance - Performance Documents) we have to select minimum 3 topics to get a result in the list. This takes more time then scrolling through the list. Therefore we require to change this multiple selection to single and multiple selection. Means even with one selection there will be a result in the list. We couldnt find anything in VBS to change that. Does anyone have an idea?
