Goals Measurable Tasks read-only

Summary:In RUI, when we uncheck the Allow users to update key attributes, then measurements were also not editable. But in Redwood, the tasks are editable. There is no option in VB as well to make the tasks and measurements linked to tasks read-only. Please let us know as why the functionality is not as how it is in RUI. We need employee to edit only the actuals for the measurable task. How can we make tasks read-only
