Mass Upload Transit Times in Setup

Hi,

I’m attempting to mass upload Transit Times for both Internal Location → Country and Country → Country using a small test batch (2 records). The data has been populated in both WSH_TRANSIT_TIME and ORA_WSH_TRANSIT_TIME_VALUE files.

However, the process consistently fails with the following error:

“Parent row is missing in file WSH_TRANSIT_TIME.csv for row… You must assign 1 shipping method.”

Both records do have a shipping method assigned, so it’s unclear why the system is not recognizing it or why the parent-child relationship is failing.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue or what additional linkage is required between the files?
