Check for Need of Subscription Management to track assets in Maintenance cloud

Summary:

Hi Team,

Our client is looking for tracking and managing assets that originate from Sales Orders in Order Management and would like to track the Genealogy of the Serial Number ( Item shipped to Customer).

We have found that Seeded Orchestration task - DOO_AssetManagement can be leveraged to sync the Asset between Order Management and Maintenance cloud.
would like to further check if there is a need to have the license for Module for Subscription Management apart from Maintenance cloud to leverage this functionality
