Add Assets button in Redwood UI's Subscription covered level is missing

Summary:

When working with Subscription redwood UI, I can not find the "Add Assets" button. The only displayed button is the "Add Covered Level" button
I have searched inside Actions, smart search, but Nothing to be found there.
Also, when I push the "Add Covered Level" button, and pick Covered Level Type = Asset, in "Covered Level Name" field, I have empty LOV.
All these (button + field LOV) are working properly in classic UI.
