Unable to create an Always free VM due to insufficient storage resources even though I am using 47 GB/200 GB.

I created two VMs at one point, one with the default 47 GB of storage. I then created another VM with 100 GB of storage, but locked myself out of SSH when I changed the port to a non standard port and I should have put the port at the top of the file located in /etc/ssh/sshd_config.d/, not the bottom of the file. I deleted the VM and attempted to create a new one, I didn't have enough space. I did search around and found the storage drive in volumes, so I deleted it and anything else I could
