Background / Objective

When we perform Receiving for a purchase order related to Outside Processing, we would like to confirm whether we can later trace and reference—within Receiving Transaction History—which Work Order and which operation (routing step) that receipt is associated with.

Operationally, we need to audit and analyze receiving results at the work order level, so we would like to understand whether work order information is retained in the receiving transactions, and if so, how to reference it (UI, OTBI, tables/views).
