There are events which couldn't be processed because no data could be
found in transaction objects.
Cause: Some events couldn't be processed because no data exists in the
transaction objects.
Action: Enable the Diagnostics Enabled profile option, create accounting
again, and submit the Accounting Event Diagnostic Report to identify the
problem
