How can we add a compensation plan to the admin profile?

Hi everyone,
I have a question for you. We need to make some changes with Visual Builder Studio for the Compensation module. We need our admin profile to have a compensation plan, but when we try to add it, the list of values appears empty and we are unable to complete the action. Is this an error caused by the Redwood environment? If so, how can we solve the problem?
