WOs are rescheduled within Fixed Time Fence in Production scheduling

Summary:

In Production scheduling, we have a scenario where we notice the Work orders which are in "Released" and "Firm" status and have their start date falling within the Fixed Time Fence are being rescheduled during solve action.

As per the documentation, the FTF functionality is to restrict PS from rescheduling Released WOs falling within the FTF. However, the behavior here is completely opposite. All Released and Firm WOs outside the FTF (16-Apr-2026) are intact, whereas all Released and Firm WOs within the FTF (15-Apr-2026) are being rescheduled. Please confirm the logic behind this behavior.
