On the 25D release, Oracle has announced that hiding the Attachments section in the Performance documents is now available via VBS Business Rules. Idea link:

We have tried to test this enhancement, however it seems like it doesn't work as the Attachment section still remains in the UI when previewing the change from VBS:

Has anyone been able to achieve this customization?
