ODB@AWS domain name configuration (client and backup labels)

Summary: When setting up a new Oracle Database @ AWS environment , if we use the custom domain option (yourdomain.com) as opposed to the default domain (oraclevcn.com), does "client" or backup" get pre-pended to the name in ALL circumstances? We are trying to understand the constraints of the four label rule and whether or not the "client" or "backup" labels are going to constrain our naming standard.
