Hello Experts, I am seeing inconsistent behaviour with Compensation Change Statements. Some statements are visible, others are missing, and the display order is not correct for managers.

I am comparing the Compensation Change Statement experience between two environments. In Test (no special privileges), the manager cannot see any statements. In DEV (privileges enabled), the manager can see a compensation statement for one of their direct reports, so the access setup appears to be working.
However, I noticed two issues:
