Is there a supported way to achieve Tool Tip in OTM Cloud ?

Hello,

We have a requirement to display tooltips for certain calculated columns on the results and edit screens, so that a specific text message appears when a user mouse hovers over the field.

Is there a supported way to achieve this in OTM Cloud (either through standard configuration or any recommended approach)?
