Overview
Creating a service request directly from CX Sales pages should feel fast and seamless, but today’s experience introduces unnecessary friction. When users trigger the Create Service Request action from objects like Accounts or Contacts, the system opens a new browser tab, adding latency and interrupting the user’s flow. This contrasts with more modern interactions—such as Create Notes—which open in a drawer within the same page, keeping users in context and improving efficiency.
Some customers have already adopted a more embedded approach by using Service Request fragments (such as cx-svc-sr-create and cx-svc-sr-edit-fields) within their Sales pages.
