How to trigger due date notification for performance template

in Performance Management

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have requirement from customer to define due date for worker and manager. Due to date for worker is June-9 and Manager is June-30

So we have change due date under Performance template document period due date.

Next expectation is employee should receive bell icon notification on June 1st and manager should receive it on June 10.

Please let me know how to achieve this?
