26A Redwood: Role details page loads slowly; Skills section appears briefly, then disappears.

From Employee Login → Me → Opportunity Marketplace → Career Roles, when clicking on a career role to view the details, the page loads very slowly. During the loading process, the Skills section appears for a short time, seems to load, and then suddenly disappears.
