Restrict Work Order Operation Access to Specific User/Role in Oracle Fusion

Hi Team,

I have a requirement in Work Order execution where a particular operation needs to be accessed and transacted only by a specific user or based on a specific role, while the remaining operations in the same Work Order should be accessible to other users.

Could you please advise:

Is it possible to restrict access at the operation level in Work Orders?
Can this be controlled using roles, privileges, or security configurations?
If not standard, is there any recommended workaround or customization?

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
