Sorting options in nearby activities of map view
I’m trying to better understand how the sorting filters work in the Nearby Activities section of the map view in Oracle Fusion Field Service. Specifically:
- What factors determine the sorting order when using the Default filter?
- How does the Due Date filter prioritize activities — is it strictly chronological, or does it also consider other parameters like SLA, priority, or proximity?
- Are there any additional hidden criteria (e.g., resource availability, travel time, or activity type) that influence the sorting logic?
I’d appreciate insights from anyone who has explored or configured these filters, or if there’s any official documentation that explains the sorting mechanism in detail.
