CMK Association Status default value for customer account setup

In the Collaboration Messagingwork area, for task Manage Customer AccountCollaboration Configuration, the default value for the attribute "Association status" when adding Collaboration Documents is "Disabled".

Is there a way to have "Enabled" as the default value, preventing to do a manual update each time we need to setup a customer association ?
