I am curious to hear how companies have put into place a goal setting sign-off process in Oracle HCM Cloud.
It seems there are multiple ways to achieve this between the goals module (such as goal approvals), check-in documents, performance documents, journeys, etc so I am wondering if another company has this requirement and could share how they've achieved it in the system.
We currently have a requirement that Employees need to review/update their goals (including adding comments around how they plan to achieve each goal) and their manager needs to sign off on their goals for the year. We also need to be able to report on the status and timestamps of the signoffs (as missing the signoff date can incur penalties).
