How to prevent Employees from adding Participant - Manager type

Summary:

For the Performance documents, we want Employees to continue being able to add Participant- Peer, to the participant feedback section when adding a participant, but we want to prevent them from adding the Participant - Manager type.


What are the necessary configurations to make this happen?

In the current configuration, I have "Worker can view the participant added by manager or HR" box unchecked. I thought that would prevent them from being able to add the manager participant type but the issue persists.
