OTBI Report on Mass Change Performance Document Task Custom Forward Action Reason

Summary:

I am working to include the custom Forward Action Reason in an OTBI report. When performance documents are forwarded individually, the custom Forward Action Reason is captured and displays correctly. However, when documents are forwarded via the Mass Action Processes for Performance Documents (Change Current Task), the custom Forward Action Reason does not populate in the report.

Is there a known approach to correct this within an OTBI report?
