Unable to create Work in Process for Service Work Orders - How to accrue unposted cost

Summary:

We need to have the WIP for Service Cost for Service Work Orders, we are unable to only generate the WIP accrual for Service work orders, both WIP and Recognition happening at the same time when we post the charges . How can we only accrue unrecognized cost.

We added charges on the Service Work Order and charges are in unposted status. I am not posting the charges as we want to see the WIP account. When i run the cost accounting programs and create accounting , no Maintenance work order is created and no accounting is done. both are only done when i post the charges in Service Work Orders. Which eventually creates both entries (WIP and Recognition) at the same time.
