Performance Management – Dynamic Goals, KPIs, and Employee Specific Weightages – Feasibility

We are working on a performance management requirement in Oracle Fusion HCM and would like to understand the feasibility of the below scenario.
Business Requirement Overview:
- Faculty Ranking (Custom Classification):
- Each employee is assigned one faculty ranking.
- There are currently multiple rankings (~30–70), and the business requires the ability to:
- Create new rankings dynamically
- Modify existing rankings
- Goals Configuration (Based on Faculty Ranking):
- Each faculty ranking has a predefined set of goals.
- Requirements:
Ability to add/modify goals dynamically
Different faculty rankings may have different sets of goals
- Employee-Level Goal Weightage:
- Goal weight is NOT fixed at faculty ranking level
