Oracle analytics publisher global functions cannot be viewed or edited

in Transportation Management

Hi Team,

In on-prem BIP and in cloud Oracle analytics publisher, it is not possible to view or edit the global functions,

For cloud BIP, I tried providing full control persmissions to my user group/role. Still it does not help,

What could be the reason? Has anyone observed a similar issue and know about the solution?
