Redwood-Not able to share goals

Summary:

Unlike the Responsive experience, in the Redwood UI both managers and team members are unable to see the options to share, align, copy, or delete performance or development goals. Please advise whether this behavior is due to missing privileges on these roles or if there are any profile options that need to be enabled
