Different notification recipients for Annual vs PIP Performance Documents

Hi all,

We have a requirement to send notifications differently when HR creates a Performance Document, depending on document type:

• Annual Performance Document → notify both Manager and Employee
• PIP Document → notify only Manager

From our testing, notifications seem to be configured only at a global level and apply to all document types. We also tried using Alert Composer, but couldn’t find a way to filter by document type.
