Multi-day Activity Removal Behavior: Deleted vs. Canceled Status Before and After Route Activation

I would like to ask for clarification regarding the removal of multi-day activities in the Dispatch Console.

If I assign a multi-day activity to a resource and remove it before the route is activated, I can see that the activity is completely removed and is no longer visible in the resource's Dispatch Console.

Instead, if I assign an activity, activate the resource's route, and then try to remove the activity, I see that the activity remains in the Dispatch Console of the resource with a "Canceled" status. Furthermore, sometimes remaining segments seem to stay in a "Pending" status.

Is this the standard behavior of OFS? Is it possible to force the system not to keep the activity visible (either in Canceled or Pending status) in the Dispatch Console once it is removed after route activation? I noticed this specific behavior with multi-day activities.
