Can the new Non Worker Paid System Person type have Absence plan and Accrual

We are starting to use the New NonWorkerPaid System person type in our site. But we are facing some issues in certain features and seeking your guidance on the following :

  1. Can A non worker paid person type have an accrual plan for , say Annual leave and they can use Self Service to apply for Leave ?
  2. Can the same User be a part of the Supervisory hierarchy ?
  3. Any Restriction for non worker paid system person type as compared to Emp/CWK ?
  4. Would there be any issues in including them in Workflow as Approvers?

Kindly share as I am not able to find much information on this topic possibility as this person type is "relatively new"
