Mass upload goal tasks in goal mass assign request

Summary:

My client uses mass assign request to upload goals, now with Redwood measurements are converted to tasks with this the measurements in existing mass assign request are deleted and user is unable to use them or copy and create new mass assign request, they have to manually again add tasks to the existing mass assign request.

Let em know if there is any solution to this or any option to mass upload the tasks in mass assign request using HDL or HSDL
