admin to access employee and manager old email notifications

We have a use case where employee is terminated, and admin has to retrieve old notification for 2023,24 performance document submission and manager has submitted the evaluation. Is there any way, as an HR admin, we can retrieve old email and bell notifications triggered during performance evaluation
