Benefits Life Event summary /Dashboard Data Security returning all data even after setting up AOR

We have setup AOR for our Benefits representative across different department. Its based on Department tree and while its restricting access to specific departments in benefits Activity center it seems that its not applied to the Benefits Life event Dashboard under Benefits Administration > Evaluation and Reporting > Summary ? Life events. The dashboard returns all employees irrespective of department for the same user.
