We are experiencing inconsistent behavior in the content of Expense Approval Notifications sent to supervisors and managers.
The Chart of Accounts (COA) details do not consistently appear for all expense lines.

Observed Scenarios:
Scenario A: When an expense line is split or overwritten, the full COA segment details are correctly printed in the notification.
Scenario B: In other standard scenarios, the COA information is either entirely missing or only displays the Cost Center segment, failing to show the complete account string.

Business Requirement:
All COA segments must be visible in the approval notification for every expense line, regardless of whether the line was split, modified, or remains in its original state.
