Talent Score Ratings not visible in Front UI

Summary:

Team has loaded Profile Ratings (Impact of Loss, Risk of Loss & Talent Score ratings) through HDL, Impact & Risk of Loss has Current & Previous Rating Toggle buttons and can see previous Year Ratings. But for Talent Score we can see only Current Rating, Previous Ratings are not visible. But when i update Talent Score manually i could see Previous Rating button. Here i need a solution to update Talent Score ratings for a large group of employees. Please guide me in doing this with HDL if this is the only solution.
