Error response during RestAction under Skill Center

Summary:
When a custom line manager goes to the Skills Center for their direct reports and endorses a skills and then attempts to Remove Skill, they receive the error: “Error response during RestAction.”

Navigation: My Team > Team Activity Center > Select Direct report > View more > Skill Center > Add

It works as expected when same users assign and then remove skills for themselves.

Navigation - Me> My Activity Center > Skill Center > Add > Remove Skills

We’ve assigned the following privileges to the custom Line Manager role, but the issue still persists:

  • Use REST Service – Talent Profiles
  • Use REST Service – Talent Skill Settings
