We are sending a value from an external system to OFSC native property [customer_number]. The field is added in the activity details screen (as Read-Write) but the field remains blank. If we use a custom property instead (for example [a_customer_number]), it works fine. Can Oracle confirm if this is the expected behavior? Is it the same for all native properties?
