How are AI Agents currently triggered in Service Center? (26A)
Summary:
I was recently reading the 26B updates and realized that Oracle is introducing SmartActions for triggering AI Agents on the Service UI (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/service/26b/bsvc-26b/26B-b2b-service-wn-f43125.htm#Steps-to-enable-and-configure). This feature was introduced earlier for the Sales modules (I believe 25D). If SmartActions for triggering AI Agents are rolling out in 26B, how do we currently trigger and leverage AI Agents from AI Agent Studio, in Fusion Service?
