Issue with Pricing and Tax Calculation in Sales Order

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We have attempted to create a sales order with multiple lines; however, we are encountering the following errors on one of the lines:

  • "Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge for item, with unit of measure zzm."
  • "The tax couldn't be calculated: VERTEX-0010 - Error in applying pre-calculation Client extensions: Error in obtaining BIP external entity data: Error in Trx Extension BIP web service call."

Additionally, when we remove the impacted line, the same error shifts to another line within the order.

We have thoroughly verified all configurations related to the Unit of Measure (UOM), and everything appears to be correctly set up. Despite this, we are currently unable to either replicate the issue consistently or identify the root cause to resolve it.
