Salary Ranges / EU Pay Transparency

Our organisation currently does not hold any salary range information in Oracle. With the EU Pay Transparency legislation coming into force shortly, I have been researching Oracle functionality to hold this data. From what I can see, it can be stored by LDG by Grade with possible differentiation on location. We have a need to hold ranges by Job Family, Job Function and Grade for each country, but I don't see how the delivered functionality can handle this requirement.
