WMT cancellation tracking in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).

We have a requirement regarding WMT cancellation tracking in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).

When a customer cancels an activity through the WMT URL, we can see the cancellation details in the Activity History within OFSC.

We would like to know if there is any other standard way to monitor or identify that the cancellation was specifically performed by the customer through WMT, so that this information can be passed to an external system.

Current understanding:

  • Cancellation is visible in Activity History.
  • Need a reliable method/API/event/property to identify customer-initiated cancellation via WMT.

Could you please advise if there is any recommended approach or standard functionality available for this scenario?
