Journey of employee not visible in Organization Journey of HR

Summary:

I have a question regarding the visibility of Journeys when they are started by an employee.

The Scenario:

  • We have an HR Specialist (GAC HR Specialist) who has the correct data security to view a specific employee.
  • When a journey is assigned to this employee automatically (via Onboarding) or manually by any other HR user, the HR Specialist can see it without any issues.
  • However, we have also granted employees the access to Explore Journeys and start them by themselves.
  • NOTE: The Journeys has no visibility restriction, in screenshot below there will be the same journey assigned.
