Journey of employee not visible in Organization Journey of HR
Summary:
I have a question regarding the visibility of Journeys when they are started by an employee.
The Scenario:
- We have an HR Specialist (GAC HR Specialist) who has the correct data security to view a specific employee.
- When a journey is assigned to this employee automatically (via Onboarding) or manually by any other HR user, the HR Specialist can see it without any issues.
- However, we have also granted employees the access to Explore Journeys and start them by themselves.
- NOTE: The Journeys has no visibility restriction, in screenshot below there will be the same journey assigned.
