Compensation letter not visible in redwood “Compensation info” page for administrators

Hi Team,

we have generated compensation statements with visibility for administrators and managers.

When the Compensation Administrator (standard role with “view all” visibility) searches for an employee from the “Compensation Info” page (Redwood page), the section related to the statements appears empty. However, when using the NUX page via Global Search, the letter is displayed correctly.

We have already verified that the statement is visible from “Administer Worker” for the employee, and that the “Enable Worker Statements” profile option is set to “Yes” in the Configure Global Settings page.

Has anyone experienced this issue before and knows how to resolve it?
